Tesco is taking the precautionary measure of recalling the above product due to a potential fault which may lead to scalding.
This recall only affects products that have been on sale since May 2006, and have the model number JKR16
The product name and model number can be found on the rating label located on the base of the kettle
No other is affected by this recall.
Stop using the kettle immediately.
Customers who have bought one of the affected kettles are requested to return it to the store in which it was purchased where a full refund will be given.
