Our quality control checks have identified a potential component failure with the steam iron.
If the name of your product matches the one described, then check the rating plate (situated below the soleplate).
Rating plate should be as shown.
If you own the above product you should:
Stop using it and contact our helpline for details of how to return the affected product and obtain a free replacement.
