They have identified that in a small number of cases the Glass and Stainless Steel Kettles carry a risk that over a period of use, the handle may become detached from the main body of the Kettle, which could create a possible scalding hazard. They have instigated an immediate investigation into how this has happened. The product is no longer on sale.
Customers who have purchased or received any of these products as gifts are asked to return them immediately to any Marks & Spencer store, (except Simply Food and Outlet stores), where a full refund will be given. The care and safety of our customers is their priority.
No other products are affected. They apologise for any inconvenience caused.
