Ongoing product quality assessment has found that the voltage on the output could be greater than the 110v specified, posing a potential risk of shock in extreme circumstances. As a precaution Maplin Electronics has discontinued the product and withdrawn all stock from its stores. If you have purchased this item, please stop using it immediately and unplug it from the mains supply. A full refund will be issued on return of the product.
